Travel for Service Calls outside the Houston Metropolitan Area
is charged at the regular prevailing hourly rate.
Service during regular business hours will be provided as follows:
Monday – Friday 7:30am –4:00pm
- Service calls will be responded to by a phone call within 1 hour after being placed
- Service personnel will be on site within 24 hours
- Service calls are billed at a 2 hour minimum
- Service call begins when a service technician leaves one client’s site to the next
- Service call is billed in 30 minute increments
Service during after hours will be provided as follows:
- 4-hour minimum charge at full service rates for after hours calls
- Monday – Thursday 4:00pm – 7:30am and Friday, 4:00pm – Monday, 7:30am
- All ESIGroup Holidays
- Service calls will be responded to by a phone call 1 hour after being placed
- Service personnel will be on site within 4 hours
- Service calls are billed at a 4 hour minimum
- Service call begins when a service technician leaves one client’s site to the next
- Service call is billed in 30 minute increments
